execute openstack service create xxx return http 500 error [closed]

i have been issue a command like this : openstack service create --name keystone --description "OpenStack Identity" identity then the comand return Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)

and the some exception raised in the keystone-error.log blow:

i tried to execute command "from keystone.server.wsgi import initialize_admin_application" in python environment it passed ,and i execute "python /openstack/bin/keystone-wsgi-admin" it did not raise an error ever.

did someone have met the problem like this ,i hardly need a help,thanks!
