How can I upload the head image in profile?

When I click change image button, it will jump to https://ask.openstack.org/en/faq/#gravatar this link, so how can I upload my head image?

Make an account at gravatar.com associated with your email address, and upload an image there. That's where ask.openstack.org looks for the image.
