Since OFAgent is not mantained after Mitaka, how could RYU controller be used in the latest OpenStack? Is there any lightweight SDN controller that can be supported in OpenStack except OpenDaylight? Thanks!!

OpenStack has moved away from using ovs-ofctl command to set OVS flow rules since past 2 years. Ryu controller code base is now part of neutron-ovs-agent itself. Ryu code is used as OF controller to set flow rules in OVS. So there is no need to have separate OFAgent.
