How to restart the router in OpenStack?

I can use the below command to list the router in OpenStack.

neutron router-list

But how can I restart the router?

I think that openstack router is a virtual router that do only simple routing and nat with floating ip. But why you want to restart router ??

@TimCrt I re-configed the /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini, I want to restart the services. See this post by me:https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/109367/how-to-debug-the-routers-interface-all-the-interfaces-status-are-down/

I found can not restart the router directly, but can restart thought restart the neutron-server and neutron-l3-agent:

systemctl restart neutron-server.service
systemctl restart  neutron-l3-agent.service
edit flag offensive delete link more
