I am using OpenStack Newton and I am trying to use python-heat API to list stacks as in the below link

https://pastebin.com/ubrk2LCB

However, I am getting "keystoneauth1.exceptions.catalog.EndpointNotFound: Could not find requested endpoint in Service Catalog."

How to fix this ?

Note: All other client libraries(nova, neutron, etc) are working fine.

check if heat is in the catalog, e.g. openstack catalog list. Are you sure it's installed at all?

Try this:

endpoint = auth.get_endpoint(sess,
                             service_type='orchestration',
                             interface='publicURL',
                             region_name='RegionOne')
heat = client.Client('1', endpoint, session=sess)
