I have a image in project1 and want to share it to project2 , how do I do this?

I tried searching in openstack image set and few other cli's but only see public and there a way to share with other projects?

--public Image is accessible to the public --private Image is inaccessible to the public (default)

You can share an image with specific projects. See for details.

CLI commands are image add project and image remove project. Glance client commands contain the word "member"; unfortunately, the Glance CLI page is currently incommunicado. If you want to use the API, see

Thanks for the response. I have created a image which is private to project1 and then shared the image to project2 . When I issue openstack image show it shows the owner but does not show with whom its shared. Is there a way to find out this using cli?

Try glance member-list. It looks like there is no equivalent command in the openstack client.
