Rewrite to Angular 2/4?

Are there any future plans to rewrite Horizon to Angular 2 or 4? If so, is there an estimate on when this will be implemented (months/years)?

Thanks for your comment Eduardo, I know in some parts of Horizon, Angular is already implemented. My question is whether there are any plans to move from Angular 1 to the newer versions of Angular, like Angular 2 or 4.
