Hello, I know that this question is asked before but I didn't find the unswer. Evry time I search about multi cloud I find that it still blue print can any one please confirm that and thank you.

Yes, it is still just a blueprint. It has never been implemented and there are no immediate plans to implement it.
The reason it's blocked is that Heat has no secure way of storing credentials for remote clouds. Keystone federation could be one answer to this, but it is incompatible with Keystone trusts (which Heat makes heavy use of) so that would severely limit the usefulness of the feature.
