Check these: /var/tmp/packstack/20170523-092723-rHEVlb/manifests/10.10.20.178_controller.pp.log. systemctl status openstack-nova-scheduler. /var/log/nova/nova-scheduler.log.

Hi Bernd, There is a long and repetitive error(s)scrolling every 3 sec on that nova-scheduler.logs: 2017-05-23 20:29:50.006 1099 ERROR nova ProgrammingError: (pymysql.err.ProgrammingError)... That I cannot copy paste here due some restriction......:(

"Table 'nova.aggregates' doesn't exist" - something went wrong with the DB initialization. Perhaps the packstack log contains information about it. Unfortunately that's all I can say. I added the tag RDO to your question, hoping the Packstack team will pick it up.
