My CI server (openstack vm) was in running state since 4 weeks and suddenly it's not responding when I rebooted it went to error state with error message no space left on the device.

Can we retrieve the data from that VM? if Yes Please share how we can do it.

Thanks in advance

If its root disk is a volume, for example after booting from volume, you can detach it from this instance and attach it to another instance.

If its root disk is ephemeral, and if your hypervisor is Libvirt, you normally find it on the VM's compute node under /var/lib/nova/instances/<instance-uuid>.
