Redundant architecture on three servers

I would like to deploy an Openstack architecture on three servers in a way that if one of server is down the Openstack infrastructure is still functionning.

What is the best way to deploy this ? Is deploying Control, Network and Compute component on each of the three servers the best option ?

On this 3-nodes architecture there is no redudancy as far as I know:

The usual approach is to deploy three identical controllers to avoid the split-brain scenario, plus any number of compute nodes. This means you need more than three servers. Of course, in a proof-of-concept or study environment, you can deploy compute services on the controllers, too.

You then spread all OpenStack services over the three controllers and front them with a load balancer. One well-documented example, IMHO, is HPE Helion OpenStack; see
