You can use Packstack, OpenStack-Ansible, Kolla, manual installation (the installation tutorial on docs.openstack.org covers two servers, but you can easily add more), and many more. Google for OpenStack deployment.

Ansible and Kolla now have deployment guides on the documentation site. Another tool is Fuel, but I am not sure if it can deal with just three servers. Also check out Ubuntu Autopilot.

Hello I was checking Kolla but for what I read it only installs Devstack?

Thanks.

What makes you think that?

For example, the page on Kolla multinode deployment doesn't mention DevStack at all. It uses Docker, and devstack has nothing to do with Docker.
