Can you please explain in layman terms what fusionsphere openstack is..? Like we have RDO for installing Openstack, is there any way to install it? How is it different from other versions of openstack that we install like Juno, Kilo or Mitaka?

FusionSphere is Huawei's commercial distribution of Openstack, it's based on some version of Openstack (today, maybe Liberty or Mitaka) and contains proprietary code as well. You would have to acquire it from them to install it, more info here:

Regarding Juno, Kilo, Mitaka, etc. those are release versions of the Openstack open-source code.
