500 Internal server error

I have configured Ocata 2 node setup. But when I am trying to access horizon it is throwing internal server error 500

I have checked the /var/log/apache2/error.log I got the bellow errors :

I had a similar issue and I have just modified the ownership of /var/lib/openstack-dashboard/secret_key

chown www-data /var/lib/openstack-dashboard/secret_key

service apaches2 reload

and then everything should works
