I have two compute nodes and I want to know how I can see them from the horizon, when I run nova hypervisor-list I can see both nodes but from the horizon I can't... Where I can get this information and how I can run an instance in the node I want ? Is that possible? And is it possible to have an instance running simultaneously in both nodes?

Thanks!

  1. As I know there is no way to see compute nodes in horizon.
  2. You can boot instance on specific node through nova boot command using the --availability_zone zone:host parameters.
  3. No, in virtualization there is no such thing. You can just run two instances using same image on two compute nodes.
