Instance Console not accepting backspace , enter, arrow movement or delete

Hi Any fix to OpenStack v16.0.0 not accepting backspace , enter, arrow movement or delete in the Instance Console? Installed using this tutorial: https://docs.openstack.org/developer/devstack/ (https://docs.openstack.org/developer/...) I'm a newbie trying to figure it out Thanks
