How does one enable instance password injection on instance creation in a Havana+KVM setup? Simply enabling libvirt_password_injection = True does not inject anything into the images.

Hello. I'm having a very likely issue. Checking nova-compute.log I saw the following trace:

raise NotImplementedError(_msg)\n', 'NotImplementedError: set_admin_password is not implemented by this driver or guest instance.\n']

Checking nova.conf :

libvirt_vif_driver=nova.virt.libvirt.vif.LibvirtHybridOVSBridgeDriver

I am trying to inject the password in a CentOS 6.4 64bits.

I would appreciate any hint you can give me.

Regards, Roberto

You need to use libguestfs to inject. There's a setting somewhere.
