Hello,

When trying to create a snapshot from Horizon, the operation started and finished without prompting an error, without an image in the end. It worked for two instances but fails for the other.

When trying to create the snapshot from CLI:

root@ctrl0:/etc/glance# nova --debug image-create --poll 867b2f9e-88b9-466c-a9f2-8437374fdd65 vsetup-content-v2

It seems something prevents the image upload from completing. You should get clues from the glance-api log. You can also test Glance by manually uploading a file as large as your instance's memory using glance image-create. Any big file works; Glance doesn't care if it's real image.
