Aodh notifier: Notifying alarm gets response: 500 Internal Server Error. [closed]

Hello all,

I am getting this error while running an scale-out template via tacker.

tacker.vnfm.infra_drivers.openstack.openstack_OpenStack-51ad1e96-1629-483a-b045-07b3b53f80cf-vdu1_cpu_usage_monitoring_policy_2-svajk3srv27t 7279469d-ce7c-4f1c-a8cc-bacdd5cbfabb with severity low from alarm to alarm with action SplitResult(scheme=u'http', netloc=u'newton-controller:9890', path=u'/v1.0/vnfs/51ad1e96-1629-483a-b045-07b3b53f80cf/vdu1_cpu_usage_monitoring_policy_2/SP1/kim74mk9', query='', fragment='') because Remaining as alarm due to 1 samples outside threshold, most recent: 1.06266298073. request-id: req-a19431f4-1968-49af-89a7-57766d9815c0 

2017-03-31 13:40:12.752 20859 INFO aodh.notifier.rest [-] Notifying alarm <7279469d-ce7c-4f1c-a8cc-bacdd5cbfabb> gets response: 500 Internal Server Error.

Please share where should I troubleshoot for oslo_middleware errors. Looks to me some issue with tacker itself.
