openstack kilo vmware vm console error:console is currently unavailable. Please try again later

hi:
everyone:
our openstack is kilo ,vmware vcenter6.0,and all feature is ok.
but in instance console,error:
console is currently unavailable. Please try again later

and in nova-api.log,error is :
HTTP exception thrown: NV-D181D89 Unavailable console type vnc.

and nova.conf vnc configs is :


novncproxy_base_url=http://192.168.0.24:6080/vnc_auto.html
xvpvncproxy_base_url=http://192.168.0.24:6081/console
xvpvncproxy_host=192.168.0.24
xvpvncproxy_port=6081
novncproxy_host=192.168.0.24
novncproxy_port=6080

vncserver_listen=192.168.0.24
vncserver_proxyclient_address=192.168.0.24

vnc_enabled=true

vnc_keymap=en-us

memcached_servers=localhost:11211


so how could we ?
we can not find something in google
all confused
can canyone give us some advice ,

AFAIK, you need to open specific range of PORTS to access the VNC console.

You should open the port in the vCenter Windows VM.

VNC. The port range 5900 – 6105 (inclusive) is automatically enabled for VNC connections on every ESX host in all clusters under OpenStack control. In addition to the default VNC port numbers (5900 to 6000) specified in the above document, the following ports are also used: 6101, 6102, and 6105.

could you please tell me should i to config the ports range in nova.conf?
and which config should i set ?
i can not found such config item .

Disable firewall (ufw / selinux ) and Flush the Iptables -F
