Did you install an ubuntu cloud image? If so, you should access via ssh by using the suitable key-pair.

ssh -i key.pem ubuntu@ip-of-your-vm

The username is ubuntu.

Firstly I'm glad to your answer.Thank you very much. I tried to connect via putty, but I couldn't connect. Eventhough I set a floating ip to my instance and using a private key file.I'm taking a time connection error.(on Putty)Are there another settings on my instance for SSH connection like creating a port etc. ?

Did you edit security groups for the instance to allow ssh (TCP port 22) connections?

I usually paste the following into the "Launch Instance -> Configuration -> Customization Script" dialog box:

#cloud-config

users:
  - name: ubuntu
    lock-passwd: false
    shell: /bin/bash
    plain_text_passwd: 'SECRETPASSWORD'
    sudo: ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL

If you are booting from the cli with "nova boot", put the above in a file and add the "--user-data filename" option.

Also, you need to add a rule to allow ssh in to the vm. You can do this from the dashboard at "Secuity Groups -> Manage Rules..."
