Error:Unable to retrieve the instances after rebooting the system

I installed the open stack using devstack and ran ./stack.h,was able to create instances. After reboot i was not able to see the created instances

When rebooting the DevStack host, the OpenStack services are not started automatically. If you plan to reboot the host, don't use DevStack. You can try running stack.sh again, but I don't think there is a guarantee that it will work.

From the devstack web page: "It is used interactively as a development environment and as the basis for much of the OpenStack project’s functional testing.". If you are not a developer or a tester, DevStack is not ideal.
