I found my Neutron doesn't listening port 9696 when I do :

$ openstack extension list --network

Connection failure that may be retried.

So I checked the /var/log/neutron/neutron-server.log got following error, it maybe the reason. Any hint / suggestion for me ? thanks for help.

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'set_defaults' looks like some python script has imported something (looks like the module is named cors) incorrectly. How this relates to your configuration is not clear, but my first thought is that perhaps you have openstack components which target different versions.

Thanks for response. will check the version again. My workaround is editing the python file to skip it.
