Maybe These links can help you out....

https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tempest/+spec/stress-tests (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/temp...) https://review.openstack.org/#/c/37263/

If not try looking into "tests" or "ostestr" to help you out. https://github.com/openstack/os-testr https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Testr

I haven't seen a command of tempest run-stress. Plus Tempest doesn't have Stress tests. Are you trying to run the scenario, api, or, unit? Or is that something specific to Kolla?

Aside from that you can always install ostestr and run

ostestr --regex smoke

Let me know any feedback.
