Horizon Project Selection Logic?

I am attempting to figure out Horizon's logic for auto-selecting a project when a user has access to many. I have observed the behavior where as long as you have a recent cookie, Horizon will select the project you were using in the previous login. However, if you clear your browser cache, it then selects a different project. It doesn't appear to be alphabetical so I'm not entirely certain how it's doing it.

Other Info: I am using the Mitaka release of OpenStack, with Keystone v3 using a Read-Only LDAP enabled OpenStack Domain.

Actually, it does appear to be alphabetical, however it uses the Project ID for it's sorting rather than the Project Name.
