How to Monitor OpenStack Infra including instances

Hello Folks,

I am using community based Openstack for test and development environment and looking for a monitoring solution that can monitor my OpenStack cloud infrastructure including all the instances. Is there any existing tool which can help me to achieve the above requirement.

There are tools for it.. one being the very own Telemetry which has a couple of sub projects within it, Ceilometer being the data collection one. if you dont want to use OpenStacks component there is one very intresting and amazing tool called DynaTrace. Just go to thier website. Install it using commands which are there on the website. it will monitor each n every thing in your OpenStack set up. If you wish to get VM stats, install the same (OneAgent) in the VMs that you create.
