I am using fuel installer (3.2)for openstack and successfuly launched the dashboard. When I go to Images and Snapshots section it says in description that "Currently images via HTTP/URL are only accepted" . However there are options to upload an image via URL or uploading from local disk. Does this mean we have to use ONLY HTTP not upload from local disk. Because I am getting errors with the image saying it is not imported.

AFAIU, the description means that if you are specifying an image URL, only HTTP URL will be accepted (no other protocols). That said, you can also provide a local disk image by changing the "Image Source" to "Image File" from the 'create image' page!
