Getting only single echo reply from VM, from outside or inside network [closed]

Getting only single echo reply from VM , from outside or inside network -- VM is getting IP at booting but just 1 ping reply to 10.0.0.1 or 10.0.03 ,192.168.10.10 or 192.168.10.2

10.0.0.1 - Router G/W
10.0.0.2 - VM Ip
10.0.0.3 - DHCP
192.168.10.201 - compute Note
