HI all, I have a Cisco UCS 8501, and I would like to install openstack, has anyone done this? Or any suggestions?

How many servers do you have? You can also try https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Packstack (packstack)

If there is just one server you have, try Devstack - http://docs.openstack.org/developer/d... - it's easy to setup and will give you enough understanding on what is Openstack and whether you need it.
