Initially Openstack was working fine. When I rebooted the system, I cannot access any of the openstack commands.

I tried the following commands:

glance image-list
openstack server list

throws the following error:

Error finding address for http://192.168.0.16:9292/versions: Unable to establish connection to http://192.168.0.16:9292/versions: HTTPConnectionPool(host='192.168.0.16', port=9292): Max retries exceeded with url: /versions (Caused by NewConnectionError('<requests.packages.urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7f4ac1f6d050>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused',))

Please anyone help to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

You are not supposed to reboot a devstack host, since the OpenStack services aren't restarted automatically. You might be successful by running stack.sh again, but there is no guarantee.
