How to increase volume to running VM (without powering off)?
I need to increase the volume of the running VM without poweroff. Is there any possible way to achieve?

I need to increase the volume of the running VM without poweroff. Is there any possible way to achieve?
According to the user guide, you need to detach a volume before resizing it. You don't have to shut the instance down, though.
If you wish to resize other aspects of the guest (e.g. change the flavor to increase CPU/RAM available) then you need to perform a nova resize
on the guest. This operation requires the guest to be shutdown, though a proposal to provide a "live" version of this in a future release exists.
