Hi all

All the installing commands and hardware requirement that I find is about putting nova-api, Keystone, Glance & ... into a single node, not separated. so I wanna know what is recommended about installing openstack controller node components. Installing Glance in different machine separate of controller node is useful or not? If yes, Why?

Thanks

Having Storage Server Server (Glance and/or Cinder ) does make sense in regards of overall deployment performance
In particular , see "How ephemeral storage works ? " per LarsKS

Thank you dbaxps , In my scenario I am using Ceph as my image and storage backend and want to save images in SSD Ceph backend instead of save them in local storage of glance machine hard disk, in this case again putting glance in different node can help performance and ... ? or not

Thanks
