If I recall correctly, you can use both openstack-cli and project's cli. It was at the begining, don't know if the changed it or not.

According to the exam website, and when I took it a while back, both the cli and horizon would be available:

The COA is a performance-based exam and Candidates will need to perform tasks or solve problems using the command line interface and Horizon dashboard, based on OpenStack Liberty.

You can read all about the exam here: https://www.openstack.org/coa (link text)

Hello TimSerexicz, Yeah i am aware of the Horizon and CLI availability in exam and we use both, However i was specifically asking if Openstack command line client is available within cli?

so that we do not have to remember individual neutron or keystone commands
