Does Openstack community consider to take ownership of the Flocker project? (since clusterHQ suppressing shutdown)

Hello

About the https://github.com/ClusterHQ/flocker (Flocker) open source project. The Flocker project was sponsored by ClusterHQ

My question is : Is there any chance the Openstack community will take ownership on the Flocker project and provide live community for the Flocker project?

The process for adding a project to OpenStack is discussed in the Project Creator's Guide. A person or group of people who wanted to continue to work on Flocker would need to go through this process for it to become part of OpenStack, as well as clarifying whether this was a continuation of the current project or a fork thereof.
