Hi I am configuring Newton-neutron server on my homeserver running VMware. I have been following the Self-Service configuration provided in the Openstack website. However, I am facing the below error.

2016-12-30 20:45:48.368 8204 DEBUG neutron.agent.securitygroups_rpc [req-8e1f4e80-dc36-4890-a3af-603109b0f956 - - - - -] Init firewall settings (driver=neutron.agent.linux.iptables_firewall.IptablesFirewallDriver) init_firewall /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/neutron/agent/securitygroups_rpc.py:81 2016-12-30 20:45:48.370 8204 WARNING stevedore.named [req-8e1f4e80-dc36-4890-a3af-603109b0f956 - - - - -] Could not load neutron.agent.linux.iptables_firewall.IptablesFirewallDriver

The server is configured in a CentOS 7 VM running on VMware. Though I have configured few openstack systems, consider myself as a dumb and please help me out here

Configuration: etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.ini|sed '/^\s*$/d' [DEFAULT] [agent] [linux_bridge] physical_interface_mappings = provider:ens32 [securitygroup] enable_security_group = True firewall_driver = neutron.agent.linux.iptables_firewall.IptablesFirewallDriver [vxlan] enable_vxlan = True local_ip = ------ l2_population = True

Thanks Ram

The firewall driver name is not correct, the correct setting is: firewall_driver=iptables Neutron use named class loader and accepted values are in setup.cfg file.
