In order to create a custom cloud image, I am following the instructions in the openStack image guide. Unfortunately image creation always fails with error Boot failed : not a bootable disk. I am using virtualbox a Ubuntu system, I installed virt-manager and there is an integrated viewer. I have tried with a mini.iso as well as a standard server iso from ubuntu repo.

Am i missing something?

Thanks !!

@rbowen. Could you post at least one reference where this question is already asked ?

No, it's not that the question has already been asked, but that you posted your question twice. The other time is over here: https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...
