Answer file which was written for Liberty release, would work for Mitaka/Newton same way as far it doesn't attempt to split Controller and Storage Nodes. This split won't work on Newton. The last RDO Newton release has serious regression in packstack functionality, no matter that issue was raised up on RDO Mailing list when this regression was actually approved by core developers at RDO , the core reason provided was major focus on Tripleo Bare Metal deployments and problems creating "infra" for packstack.
