You can do this many ways. It depends on your understanding of networking and linux to get it to function correctly. It may work the way you are describing, but configuration would be difficult and hard to get support on. I would recommend using vlans if possible.

I currently use dual bonded nics with 4 vlans on top of bond0. I bridge those 4 vlans appropriately for my internal networks.
