What's your mean of does not work ? Can you check whether vm has got an IP ? Or if it got one, you can check your tap device's tag number. If you use cirros, you can use "nova console-log" to see the boot console log where you can check whether it got ip. And use "ovs-vsctl show" to show the tag number, but the premise is that you used the openvswitch.
