I'll add some details:

As it is mentioned in [1] the upstream dist-git repo is https://github.com/openstack-packages/<project-name> , for example https://github.com/openstack-packages/nova . (Thanks Eduardo, I asked on #rdo but seeing it documented, it really helps).

To try packages from master on Centos7, one can download [2] and its dependencies [3] in /etc/yum.repos.d/ directory.
