Not sure what could be exact issue , however below are elaborated tried and tested steps to install RDO -

Setup Redhat 6 ( no need to create partition for cinder)

After installation

Service NetworkManager stop

chkconfig NetworkManager off

Vi /etc/selinux/config Set SELINUX=disabled

Enable optional Repos for Linux

To do that using RHN Classic follow the below steps 1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://access.redhat.com (as a user with Organization Administrator privileges). 2. On the Subscriptions main menu tab, select Registered Systems under Classic Management. 3. Choose the relevant system in the system list. 4. Click on Alter Channel Subscriptions. 5. Select the RHEL Server Optional (v. 6 64-bit x86_64) 6. Click the Change Subscriptions button at the bottom of the page.

yum clean all

yum makecache

Step 1: Software repositories

sudo yum install -y http://rdo.fedorapeople.org/openstack-havana/rdo-release-havana.rpm

Install the latest epel-release package yum install http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm

Step 2: Install Packstack Installer sudo yum install -y openstack-packstack

Step 3: Run Packstack to install OpenStack Packstack takes the work out of manually setting up OpenStack. For a single node OpenStack deployment, run the following command. packstack --allinone

Install Packstack Installer sudo Installer

# yum install -y openstack-packstack

Step 3: openstack-packstack

Run Packstack to install OpenStack OpenStack

Packstack takes the work out of manually setting up OpenStack. For a single node OpenStack deployment, run the following command. command.

# packstack --allinone
