I don't believe there is that "reverse" filtering ability. Each vm must be evaluated for any potential particular properties and then can be filtered into host groups, aggregates, etc. But the grouping is on the destination end, not the source end. So even if you spawn multiple instances at once, the vm's will go though the same filtering and scheduling.
