hmm you might try the neutron help floatingip-list and depending on your version of openstack you can use the -F to specify which fields to list.

or maybe just for loop all the IP's and grep the data out. for i in neutron floatingip-list | awk '{print $2}' | grep -v id;do neutron floatingip-show $i;done
