Actually, CPU pinning works via creating special flavors and launching VM with desired flavor
Regarding Ubuntu 15.04,14.04  , I would expect Kilo behave in same way.

flavor. Regarding Ubuntu 15.04,14.04  , 15.04,14.04, I would expect Kilo behave in same way.
