1. Did it give any error while creating the snapshot or it was successful.
2. If it failed, please look at the /var/log/nova/compute*.log on compute hosts.
3. Please run the command 'nova image-list'. Do you see this image ?
4. Run the command 'glance image-list'. Now you don't see the image.

Final Solution : Havana creates the private images by default. Regarding your images not listed, images are created in database for private. We need to set the same to public. Please do the following

a. Run 'nova image-list'. Note the UUID of the image which you want to make it public
b. glance image-update <UUID> --is-public=True.
c. You can directly update the 'images' table in glance db as well using sql query.
