sudo adduser stack sudo apt-get install sudo -y || yum install -y sudo echo "stack ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" >> /etc/sudoers sudo usermod -a -G sudo stack chown -R devstack devstack' chmod 770 devstack

If you are using stack user(or any other), it is better to download the devstack.git from that user (stack fo exemple) login and then all the folders created including /home/youruser/devstack will have necessary permissions.
