I checked the code branch stable/juno on ceilometer git repository and did not find a memory inspector for libvirt; Although master branch has this code.

So most probably kilo release will include this feature. You could cherry-pick this commit to compile ceilometer-agent-compute package if you want to stick to juno release:

Also please make sure the following lists node memory stats on virsh:

  • virsh nodememstats 3
  • documentation http://linux.die.net/man/1/virsh
