Per Wiki you did :-

 pip install -e git+https://github.com/stackforge/nova-docker#egg=novadocker
 cd src/novadocker/
 python setup.py install

However Nova-docker driver install is pretty much different depending on release Juno or IceHouse ( for Juno )
Details here https://github.com/stackforge/nova-docker

# yum install python-pbr python-pip
# yum install docker-io -y
# git clone https://github.com/stackforge/nova-docker
# cd nova-docker
# git checkout stable/juno
# python setup.py install
# systemctl start docker
# systemctl enable docker

Next : version python-six might be changed after install, either by upgrade or downgrade ( with rawhide version suggested by Larsks ) I had set six.__version__ to 1.7.3 after nova-docker driver install at least on RDO Juno
