first check the murano service can connect to the rabbitmq without error, second, check that your deploy image is built with murnao-agent inside.Third check that you metadata service is running well(make sure you can ssh login the vm instance), finally, try to execute the deploy task via murano-agent by ssh login to the vm and run the task manually.
