Revision history [back]

Here is the solution I have:

  • Use the public pypi mirrors from here - http://www.pypi-mirrors.org/

Some of the mirrors may not be working in your organization environment mainly because of proxy settings. Keep changing the mirror and see which one works in your world.

  • Check this site - https://testrun.org/tox/latest/example/basic.html

~./pip/pip.conf - edit: Index-url=add pip mirror site

OR

~/.bashrc - edit: export PIP_INDEX_URL= add pip mirror site

  • Check the log files including here /root/.pip/pip.log

  • Remove the .venv and rerun the ./run_tests.sh file

  • If pip is only failing wih "-r", then try

/tools/with_venv.sh

pip install --upgrade -r

  • OR Setup your own pypi mirror
